RECIPE

  1. Put half the frozen fruit in the blender with all the coconut milk and blend. You want to add half of it in at a time to make it an easier job for your blender.
  2. Once blended, add the other half of the frozen fruit and continue to blend until smooth. Add the coconut water and continue to blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into bowl of choice and topped with chopped banana, toasted coconut flakes, granola of choice .. and maybe some sneaky chocolate. Enjoy!
